We believe access to quality instruments should not be a barrier in dental education.
Qualifying dental schools, universities, training laboratories and other approved educational programmes across Europe may receive discounts of up to 50% on selected instruments. The final educational offer depends on the products, quantities, total order value, availability and programme requirements.

The request must be initiated or confirmed by the educational institution using an official institutional email address. Where an authorised ErgoDenta distributor is available, the quotation and order will be coordinated through that distributor.
How it works

The educational institution should contact the authorised ErgoDenta distributor in its country. If no distributor is available, the institution may contact ErgoDenta directly at info@ergodenta.dk.
Tell us about your programme
Provide the institution name, department, programme details, intended use of the instruments, required products and quantities, and the relevant institutional contact person.
Institutional confirmation
The request must be confirmed by an authorised representative of the institution using an official institutional email address.
Receive your educational offer
Once the request has been reviewed and verified, the institution will receive a case-specific quotation through the local distributor or directly from ErgoDenta where no distributor is available. Discounts of up to 50% may be offered on selected instruments.

Eligibility and application
The programme is available to qualifying accredited dental schools and universities, undergraduate and postgraduate dental programmes, training laboratories and simulation centres, clinical research programmes and accredited continuing-education providers in Europe. The request must be initiated or confirmed by the educational institution using an official institutional email address. Where an authorised ErgoDenta distributor is available, the quotation and order will be coordinated through that distributor.
Pricing and distributor cooperation
Educational pricing is determined case by case and is not guaranteed. The applicable discount and final pricing will be stated in the individual quotation.
Where an authorised local distributor is available, ErgoDenta and the distributor work together to provide competitive educational pricing while maintaining a sustainable commercial arrangement for the local partner. The distributor independently determines its final resale price.
Educational cooperation
The purpose of the programme is to support dental education and give students practical experience with ErgoDenta instruments.
Depending on the nature and level of support provided, participating institutions may be asked to provide product feedback, suitable photographs or other agreed documentation showing the instruments in an educational setting.
Any publication or promotional activity must be agreed in advance and remains subject to the institution’s internal policies and all necessary permissions and consents. Where agreed, the cooperation and ErgoDenta’s educational support may be communicated by the institution, the local distributor and ErgoDenta through their respective websites, social-media channels or other communication materials.
Pricing and discount terms
Discounts of up to 50% may be offered on selected instruments depending on the products, quantities, total order value, availability and programme requirements. Educational pricing is determined case by case and is not guaranteed. The applicable discount and final pricing will be specified in the individual quotation.
No automatic entitlement
Submitting an application or meeting the general eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance into the programme or entitlement to any particular discount. ErgoDenta reserves the right to approve, limit or decline a request.
No combination of discounts
Educational pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, tender pricing, contractual rebates or special offers unless expressly agreed in writing.
Quotation validity and scope
Educational pricing applies only to the institution, products, quantities, intended use and validity period stated in the approved quotation. Any later or additional orders require a new quotation and assessment.
Verification
ErgoDenta or its authorised distributor may request evidence of the institution’s accreditation, department, programme, intended use, required quantities and authorised contact person.
Not for resale
Instruments supplied under educational pricing are intended exclusively for the approved institution’s teaching, training or research activities. They may not be resold or commercially redistributed.
Changes and availability
All offers remain subject to product availability. ErgoDenta reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend or discontinue the Education Programme or its pricing at any time.
