Plugger, Cylindrical (1.8mm-2.5mm)

The ErgoSlip Cylindrical Plugger 1.8mm-2.5mm features flat, cylindrical ends designed for uniform pressure distribution during composite condensing. The flat-ended design provides consistent condensing force across the entire tip surface.

Ideal for: Uniform composite condensing, creating flat cavity floors, condensing in box preparations, and procedures requiring even pressure distribution.

The ErgoSlip non-stick coating on the flat cylindrical ends ensures composite doesn't adhere to the condensing surface, maintaining consistent pressure application and preventing material pull-back during instrument removal.

Ergonomic Handle Options

The Plugger, Cylindrical (1.8mm-2.5mm) is available with three ergonomic handle types, designed to reduce hand fatigue and improve precision during restorative procedures:

  • ErgoSteel Plus: Classic stainless steel design with extra grip for optimal control.
  • ErgoX: Soft silicone grip (11.5 mm) for enhanced comfort during extended procedures.
  • ErgoX Plus: Thicker silicone grip (13.7 mm) for maximum control and comfort.
