K-files for initial negotiation and glide-path. H-files for filing motion and removing dentine on withdrawal (never rotated). NiTi rotaries for shaping curved canals — controlled taper, fewer transportation errors.
What spreader and plugger sizes do I need for warm vertical compaction?
A typical warm vertical setup is finger spreaders D11/D11T plus pluggers in three matching sizes. Hand spreaders (D9/D11) are still common for cold lateral.
Are ErgoDenta endo files single-use?
Hand instruments (K, H, reamers) are reusable when correctly reprocessed and within their fatigue cycle. NiTi rotaries are single-use per ISO 13485 best practice.
