Every event tells you something about your instruments — but rarely as directly as this one. In May, our Georgian dealer IDS Georgia sponsored the Healthcare Professionals League event in Tbilisi and presented the ErgoDenta range to a room of working clinicians and visiting international speakers. The clearest signal of the day came not from a presentation, but from the speakers themselves: several of them tried the instruments, liked them, and decided to take a set home with them.
A dealer-led presence
The Healthcare Professionals League brings together clinicians, educators and visiting speakers for a hands-on programme. Sponsoring the event was IDS Georgia's call — they wanted ErgoDenta represented in the local conversation, and they were right to. Georgia's dental community has been an early and steady supporter of the brand, and an event of this scale was the right place to show the full range in person.
When the speakers bought the instruments
Anyone who has run a dental booth knows the difference between polite interest and real interest. Real interest looks like a clinician picking up an instrument, working with it for thirty seconds, and asking what it costs. At this event, several of the international speakers did exactly that — and walked away with our instruments in their hand. For a brand still under five years old and built around ergonomics, that kind of validation from clinicians who teach for a living matters. It's how a brand becomes shorthand for quality.
The quiet test
A brochure can claim anything. The real test is the first time a clinician picks an instrument up, feels its weight and balance, and decides — in a second or two — whether they trust it. That test happened over and over at the IDS Georgia stand.
Thanks to the people who made it work
A clean event is a built event. Nutsa Zurabiani and Nana Suladze organised a programme that gave both speakers and exhibitors room to do real work, not just hand out brochures. The dentists in the room brought the warmth, the curiosity, and the trust that makes a dealer relationship worth having. We're grateful to all of them.
