The Perforated Impression Tray Set is a complete range of ten reusable stainless steel trays — five upper-jaw and five lower-jaw — covering sizes Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. The perforated body of each tray helps retain the impression material through the openings, while the Rim-Lock rim keeps the set material securely seated during removal. Every tray in the set is fully autoclavable and built for everyday clinical use. Stainless steel construction keeps each tray dimensionally stable through repeated sterilisation, and the handle on each tray allows clean positioning and release. Supplied as a full size range to cover the most common adult dental impression cases.

Reprocessing Instructions

Important: ErgoDenta instruments are supplied NON-STERILE and must be cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized before first use and after each subsequent use.

Step 1

Pre-Cleaning

Rinse under cold running water immediately after use. Remove visible debris with a soft brush. Keep instruments moist until processing.

Step 2

Automated Cleaning

Washer-disinfector: pre-rinse cold, enzymatic wash 55°C/10 min, thermal disinfect 90°C/5 min, dry.

Step 3

Inspect & Maintain

Check for residual soil, corrosion, or damage. Lubricate hinged instruments with medical-grade lubricant.

Step 4

Package

Place in ISO 11607-compliant sterilization pouches or wraps. Arrange to prevent tip contact. Seal properly.
