Global Delivery & Product Range 

Our webshop features a carefully curated selection of ergonomic dental and surgical instruments that reflect Denmark’s tradition of exceptional craftsmanship and design. Most of our products are kept in stock, ensuring quick order processing and reliable shipping. If you need items not included in our standard assortment, we are happy to arrange special orders. Although delivery for these may take slightly longer, we will keep you fully informed at every step, ensuring you receive the exact tools you need when you need them. 

Pricing & Payment Terms 

We believe in full transparency. All listed prices are net, excluding VAT and shipping, and remain valid until further notice. Payment terms vary by location; most customers pay in advance upon receiving an order confirmation. This straightforward approach ensures clear expectations, allowing you to focus solely on providing superior patient care with premium ergonomic instruments.

Returns & Exchanges 

We understand that situations may arise where you need to return or exchange a product. ErgoDenta offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original, unbroken packaging. For returns not due to our error, we credit the invoice amount minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that items valued below EUR 50 are not credited. Should you have any questions, our support team is always on hand to guide you through the process. 

Complaints & Transport Issues 

We take great care in packing and shipping each order so it arrives safely. In the rare event of transport damage or lost goods, we recommend informing the carrier immediately. If you have any concerns or quality-related complaints, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we are committed to resolving issues promptly.
